Functional Competencies 1. Outstanding analytical and writing skills of policies, programmes and paper briefs related to Gender Equality; Women’s Empowerment; Socio and Economic Policies. 2. Ability to communicate and present information in clear and presentable formats, using appropriate IT functionality. 3. Familiar with the Government Institutions, Civil Society Organizations, Women and Youth Organizations, the Donor Community, and the UN System in Mozambique. 4. Ability to establish, build and sustain effective relationships with clients, demonstrating understanding of client's perspective; anticipates client needs and addresses them promptly. 5. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, foster partnership, and coordination. 6. Ability to manage data, documents, correspondence and reports information and workflow. 7. Ability to develop and nurture public relation with partners for identification of new programming opportunities and resource mobilization. Core Values:

Required Skills and Experience | |
Education: University degree (or equivalent), preferably a master’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Women and/or Gender Studies Experience:
