Work Purpose:
-Food quality control;
-Management of food & beverage orders;
-Supervision and preparation of all the courses;
-Management of the catering activities;
-Organization of Kitchen’s activities;
-Management and selection of suppliers;
-Supervision of Kitchen’s staff;
-Ensure the HACCP procedures are followed; Qualifications:
-Diploma or degree in touristic disciplines;
-3 years of previous experience as chef in extra – EU countries would be an asset.
Required Competences:
-Good leadership and personnel management in a multicultural environment;
-Good knowledge and practice of IT programs;
-Fluidity in English language;
-Good organizational skills;
