Overview
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the systems for vehicle maintenance, fuel supply and insurance are established and maintained up to date;
- Monitor the vehicles condition and ensure the necessary maintenance is carried out to keep the vehicles in good working order.
- Ensure that all drivers of vehicles are trained and equipped to use and interact with the fleet management system fitted in each vehicle.
- Monitor all fleet related costs, maintaining updated data in the Fleet Management System (FMS), and preparing the monthly cost analysis report.
- Assist with the physical inspection and verification of the vehicles for audit and grant oversight reasons.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a fleet management role.
- Strong working knowledge of mobile apps with understanding of Android human interface design guidelines and other mobile platform designs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.
- Availability to travel to all sites in Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane Provinces.
