PRI is hiring a Product Specialist.
Duties
- Control the workflow of the components to be repaired;
- Keep customers up to date on the delivery time of the components in repair;
- Assist with issuing quotes of component repairs, customer feedback, strong trends, and case studies with Caterpillar;
- Identify and deploy marketing programs in regions designed to grow component repair businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering;
- 3+ years of relevant experience and at managerial level;
- Strong knowledge of the functionality of the systems and components of the equipment;
- Excellent communication skills with written and spoken English and Portuguese;
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
