Job Summary
To deliver a networks support service through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Description
- Supporting end to end SIMO swift to business
- Support daily acidity regarding ATM availability
- Identify on the identification of recurrent issue with Absa ATM and propose the solution to mitigate the issue
- Guarantee that the ATM availability on monthly basis meet the SLA
- Conduct SLA meeting with supplier to discuss the service level agreement in term of service maintenance and Monthly performance of the vendor
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
