Purpose of the Job | |
Manage current PSA business activities and support VP in achieving business commercial and legal objectives according to the PSA set strategy and in line with Sasol Group overall strategy.
Key Accountabilities Align PSA strategic map with Sasol Group global strategy. Propose short-term and long-term PSA objectives, possible milestones, and plans to mitigate risks. Allocate PSA business budget to meet objectives and achieve timely business goals. Create business cases and propose optimal monetisation routes. Support VP in developing sustainable and sound PSA solutions. Provide input to upstream regarding business progress and challenges to be prioritised. Manage commercial, economic, and investment analysis to ascertain E&PI profitability targets achievements. Oversee high quality and timely delivery of PSA products LPG . Manage PSA business activities, strategy, and expected outcomes on financial results. Set KPIs to monitor PSA progress and performance. Manage PSA related assets, licenses obligations, and engagement with regulators and license holders. Support Mozambique Gas Projects (MGP) in execution and integration of the PSA project. Oversee PSA business compliance with national law, standards, and procedures. Effectively execute obligations related to contractual relationships established with partners and regulators. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Sasol Business Development /Sasol Energy / E&PI Mozambique Country Management, INP/ENH/ EDM) to achieve PSA business objectives. Integrate business decisions with the PPA to maximize value for Sasol Marketing arrangement of oil and gas LPG.
Formal Education Bachelor’s degree Post Graduate Masters Degree-a wish
