The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Finance and Administrative Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial and administrative management tasks, including periodic travel and on-site supervision;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and procedures for project management and delivery;
- Provide reports on financial analysis;
- Responsible for the planning, organising and implementation of procedures for reporting, cash and risk management and tax administration;
- Work reporting to Director of Finance and Administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other related field (certification or Masters is an advantage);
- 8+ years of professional experience in financial and operational/strategic management (budgeting, accounting, auditing) for NGOs;
- Technical accounting knowledge, including familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards and Accounting Principles;
- Previous experience in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant or Bookkeeper;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
