- Develop and maintain positive internal & external corporate reputation and identity of the company
- Develop, implement and evaluate short and medium term Communication strategy and plan of the Company and propose communication vehicles in place to create momentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communication activities;
- Develop and maintain all company’s media relations
- Develop and maintain Company’s WAT Intranet portal, with addition of different features, coverage, internal and external updates, reminders of events and campaigns, contacts, information and media libraries;
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, and own/associated websites and digital media platform;
- Organize or provide support for internal and external events or related meetings as Townhalls, Mix & Mingle and others;
- Liaise with TotalEnergies Foundation on CSR programs and coordinate Action initiatives
- Write and edit news reports, press releases and other forms of communications both in internal and external platforms
- Mentor and lead the dedicated team member for company communication tools and platforms administration and maintenance
Context and environment
MZLNG & TEPMA1 has different locations (Maputo, Afungi, Milan, Paris, Houston and Singapore);
- Considering the history of the project (Force Majeure), it is important that Communications build a network of allies and ambassadors, leveraging on digital platforms but not only to build a solid positive reputation that will enable Project’s social license to operate.
Candidate profile
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in the relevant field. Additional qualification in Project Management.
- Professional experience: 5+ years in Communications, Digital Content Management or equivalent.
- Solid user understanding of Power Point, Prezi, Swipe, Google Slide.
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cuts are a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential. French is a plus.
