We are seeking an experience and self-managed Project Manager and Civil Engineer to join our group to lead and facilitate a project, for a contractual period. You will need to have developed the ability to understand Health & Safety standards and have worked on large, multinational projects in the Construction industry, preferably.
Essential Experience:
Completed Degree/Qualification
Portuguese/Spanish Speaking (preferred)
4 – 5 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer
Available immediately
Duties include but limited to:
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Supervise site workers and ensuring they adhere to company safety procedures and policies
- Using a range of computer software for developing and interpreting detailed designs
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including contractors on site
- Resolving design and development problems
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements
- Providing support to Project Manager to ensure project runs smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
