Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects related to design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs;
- Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts;
- Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval;
- Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications;
- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded, maintained, and updated whenever a change occur;
- Auxiliary on Office technical management;
- Develop and edit layouts for infrastructure, furniture, decoration, etc.;
- Prepare sketches and drawings to support technological solutions to resolve issues related to the offices;
- Develop technical proposals with the best solutions for decoration, maintenance, alterations;
- Preparation of office allocation layouts;
- Plan and monitor Assembly of furniture, decoration of common spaces (meeting rooms, offices, corridors, pantries, and bathroom, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture;
- A portfolio of completed designs;
- Project management is a plus.
