Job Summary
- Sales Target: Proactively contact with customers to deliver against the required sales targets
- Collaboration: Seek to improve ways of working by challenging status quo and supporting an empowering climate within the team, sharing knowledge, experience, best practice and providing constructive feedback as required.
- Compliance and risk management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual agreed monthly targets
- Ensure that team achieve agreed monthly target
- Ensure that customer affluent service is delivered.
- Manage customer complaints.
- Properly address all customers’ requests.
- Ensure active participation of the team on events and customer service activities.
- Understand and apply all internal procedures and compliance policies related to activities.
- Be updated regularly on policies and procedures
- Comply to all required trainings as per performance development plan.
- Maintain updated regarding all tasks and activities.
