Short Description / Purpose of Job
- He/ She owns the entire document control process from document reception, file, maintenance and provide when it is required
- He/ She responsible for the document store first-line maintenance, follow up all necessary action to ensure the building/ room is complying to the standard
- To coordinate and manage all site documentation and technical information throughout the respective life cycle.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
- Perform documents registration (details of the document are entered into a register and a unique correspondence number is created or recorded)
- Perform filing hardcopies or soft copies onto electronic document management system
- Perform document tracking (signing out) and follow up
- Ensure the entire MOCA (Management of Change Administration) is followed
- Ensure best practice and of document storage (hardcopies and softcopies) are in conformity with standard
- Support/ coach the stakeholder on document storage
- Take ownership drive improvement project and support the organization to comply on safe keeping of documentation
- Always strive to adopt best efficient system and document accessibility
Formal Education
High national technical in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument / Grade 12 (Maths and Science)
diploma similar
Min Experience
3+ years in production or processing in Chemical Industry/ Aluminium/ extractive/ mining/ metallurgy or related fields.
