Job Summary
To provide specialist advice and support related to the procurement of company goods and or services, in order to achieve defined goals, and ensure procurement operates under adequate risk environment.
Provide support to the Procurement Department in the Bank's supplier hiring and management processes, ensuring that the market consultation processes are carried out in compliance with the Bank's internal policies. Ensure that the risk management of suppliers in the Pre and Post contractual phase is done according to the best practices, contributing that the Procurement area operates within the adequate risk standard. Provide support in the P2P process interacting with the Bank's Account Payble area, ensuring that suppliers are paid within the agreed SLAs.
Job Description
- Delivery all commercial and contractual elements of major sourcing initiatives;
- Assess the market using online bidding platforms;
- Ensure contract is in line with organizational and external governance;
- Ensure Business Units (BU) Supplier Managers undertake completion of Risk Supplier Assessment;
- Coordinate the activities of the Supplier Relationship managers that seats at BU;
- Ensure that all segmentation undertaken are accurate and reflect the service risk profile; takeover of services re-segmentation if needed;
- Ensure that all contracts signed are loaded and managed;
- Ensure that contract expire and termination control process is in place
- Support on Purchase to Pay (P2P) ensuring regular engagement with Account payables towards settlement of invoices.
Education
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
